Researchers are finding links between weight gain and poor sleeping habits. By studying adolescents for thirteen years, scientists have come across astounding correlations.

“After controlling for age, sex, race, ethnicity and socioeconomic status, the researchers found that each hour later bed time during the school or workweek was associated with about a two-point increase in B.M.I.”
