Don’t Let the WHO Seize our Health Freedoms!
The World Health Organization (WHO) is rushing to secure an international treaty to supposedly “strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.” The WHO has proposed 300 changes to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that would be legally-binding upon all 196 member states around the world. If passed at the next World Health Assembly meeting in May 2024, by two-thirds of the WHO member states (that is 131 of the 196 member countries) this Treaty and the IHR amendments will become permanent.
As an agency of the United Nations (UN), the WHO is seeking to take away the sovereign right of nation states around the world to make their own health decisions for their people. They claim that global pandemics require global plans, initiatives and centralized power and directives.
The WHO is seeking to become the sole global health authority, even though none of its officers, directors or leaders have been democratically elected. The current Director General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and his predecessor were both installed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The CCP and Bill Gates have been the major forces directing control of the WHO over the last several decades.
According to Liberty Counsel Chairman, Mat Staver, Attorney:
“These new IHR amendments will create a system of tracking and tracing like you have never imagined, and YOU will be forced to pay for it! The WHO states it will have “the capacity to detect, assess, notify and report [health] events.” The WHO will become a global body with binding authority over the nations.
Even the mere “potential to impact public health” will give the WHO authority to act. This includes health care, abortion, critical race theory, “climate change,” and more.
And while that is chilling enough, this new WHO amendment demands payment from American taxpayers for launching this new level of surveillance against you and others around the world.
With the WHO’s transformation from a nonbinding recommendation to a legally binding agreement, this tracking and tracing is no longer optional … it is mandatory!
Our national budget “shall” be used to “assist any States Parties, upon request, to develop, strengthen and maintain the capacities” for surveillance.
Violators of the WHO directives will be isolated, and trade will be restricted. What happened to the Canadian truckers and those who financially supported them will become a global assault on freedom under the direction of one man — the WHO director-general (a Marxist, Communist China sympathizer).
If America reins in our federal government’s involvement, this effort will collapse. The House can investigate and defund the United Nations and its WHO agency, and the Senate can demand this be presented for a vote — because it should be considered a treaty that must be ratified.”
Bill Gates Gave $1.4billion dollars to the WHO
The top two nation states contributing to the WHO are the United States at $109.3 Million in 2022, and the CCP, at $57.4 Million in 2022. Both are assessed annually based on the wealth and population of each country. Bill Gates, however, is by far the biggest donor to the WHO at $1.4 BILLION dollars – more than any country in the world, including the United States and the CCP. Money curries favor and apparently gives Bill Gates unprecedented influence and control over the direction of the WHO.
In return, Gates was paid $23 Billion dollars from the WHO and the governments he had lobbied through his Charities, promoting the fear of COVID-19 and the rescue of Vaccines. This is the biggest fraud ever perpetrated upon the world. Bill Gates is not a medical doctor or even a scientist. He is an egocentric and evil charlatan.
The WHO Pandemic-Treaty will give vast and extremely broad international authority to a non-government global entity controlled by Bill Gates, the CCP, the World Economic Forum and other Globalist Elites. With this new power, the WHO could legally impose new lockdowns, additional unproven vaccines and vaccine mandates. Additionally, the WHO will again be able to designate which vaccines and other drugs get approved and which will be prohibited. They will be able to decide what constitutes a new Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) and when to initiate lockdowns and mandates. There have been six PHEICs declared by the WHO since 2007, including H1N1 Influenza, Ebola-Hemorrhagic Fever, Zika Virus, Poliomyelitis (2014 to present) and COVID-19 (Jan 2020-May 2023).
A Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) is a formal declaration by the World Health Organization (WHO). Under the 2005 International Health Regulations (IHR), nation-states will have a legal and binding duty to respond promptly to any and all of the PHEIC declared by the WHO.
According to amendments recently added to the IHR, the Pandemic-Treaty health concerns could extend to almost any issue the WHO deems “health-related,” such as natural disasters and climate concerns, including seizing public lands and restricting cattle ranching and family farming under the guise of protecting the atmosphere and the sustainable control of population growth.
The amendments for health concerns could even extend to reproductive health, including promoting the right to abortions, and sexual health, including the obligation of physicians to perform and parents to allow minor children to undergo transgender surgeries and puberty blocking and masculinizing or femininizing sex hormone drugs.
